Privacy policy
How JnJ Media handles information across our website, JnJ Hub private workspace and JnJ Atlas Facebook integration.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Who this notice covers
JnJ Media uses jnjmediahub.com for company information and enquiries, JnJ Hub at workspace.jnjmediahub.com for private media operations, and the Meta app named JnJ Atlas for connected Facebook Pages. This notice covers information handled through those services. For privacy questions or requests, email jnjmediateam@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Enquiries: your name, email, message and any optional company, phone or campaign details you submit.
- Workspace accounts: user ID, display name, email, profile image if supplied, role, Page permissions, authentication records and account activity.
- Connected Facebook accounts and Pages: Facebook account ID and name, Page IDs and details, permission grants, access tokens, Page content and media, post identifiers, comments and interaction information made available through the granted permissions.
- Reporting and operations: Page and post performance metrics, campaign associations, drafts, publishing results, AI requests and responses, and operational or audit records.
- Technical information: connection information and server logs used to operate and protect the services. Enquiry delivery records include hashed identifiers, timestamps and delivery status.
Facebook passwords are entered on Facebook, not collected by JnJ Hub. The information available to our integration depends on Meta permissions and the connected account's access.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, authenticate workspace users, enforce access permissions, connect and manage authorised Pages, prepare and publish content, manage comments where enabled, report on performance, and diagnose service or account problems.
Scheduled publishing and comment replies can run automatically when enabled for a Page. Authorised workspace users control these settings. Public website reporting presents aggregate network metrics rather than private account credentials or individual workspace records.
Facebook permissions
- pages_show_list identifies Pages the connected person manages.
- pages_read_engagement and read_insights support Page information and performance reporting.
- pages_manage_posts supports creating, editing and deleting authorised Page posts.
- pages_read_user_content and pages_manage_engagement support reading and managing Page comments and other permitted user content.
Connecting an account does not grant every workspace user access to every Page. Workspace roles and Page assignments control internal access separately.
AI-assisted processing
JnJ Hub uses AI tools, including OpenAI through the OpenClaw integration, to assist with content preparation, publishing workflows, performance analysis, operational support and comment replies. Relevant source material, Page instructions, post or comment text, metrics and user prompts may be processed by the configured AI service. AI interaction history and results may be retained in workspace and agent records.
Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive personal information in content, comments submitted for processing, or AI chat. AI-generated material may contain mistakes and should be reviewed as appropriate for its use.
Who receives information
Authorised JnJ Media personnel and workspace users access information according to their duties and permissions. Content approved for publication, including automated publication where enabled, is sent to the selected platform and may become public.
Service providers process information needed to operate the services, including AWS for hosting, Meta for Facebook connections and publishing, OpenAI for AI processing, and Resend and Google/Gmail for email delivery and team correspondence. These providers may process information outside Malaysia under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Website enquiries are emailed to jnjmediateam@gmail.com with a copy to jansonleong1221@gmail.com. An acknowledgement is sent to the visitor from enquiries@jnjmediahub.com. External platforms control the information they hold independently.
Storage, retention and security
The services use HTTPS, access controls and protected server-side credentials. Stored Facebook Page tokens are encrypted. No system can guarantee complete security.
The website enquiry database stores delivery metadata and hashed identifiers, not the submitted message body. Records older than 30 days are cleaned up when a subsequent valid enquiry is admitted. Enquiry messages remain in provider systems and team inboxes until removed separately.
The analytics cleanup policy removes eligible non-campaign analytics older than three calendar months. Campaign-protected records are retained separately. This cleanup does not erase all Page, publishing, account, audit or AI records. Other operational records remain until removed through the relevant administrative or deletion process; there is no single automatic deletion period for all service data.
Backup copies may retain earlier records after removal from active systems. Deletion requests need to consider those copies, provider-held data and any records that must be retained. Our team will explain the scope and any remaining limitations when handling a request.
Cookies and your choices
The public company website does not set advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The private workspace uses a session cookie for sign-in. Visiting Facebook or another external service may involve that service's cookies and privacy controls.
You can ask us about information associated with you, request corrections, request deletion, or ask to stop processing associated with a connection. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns you or a Page you are authorised to manage.
Removing a connection is not the same as deleting every historical record or a post already published on Facebook. See our data-deletion instructions for how to request removal and understand its scope.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Send privacy requests to jnjmediateam@gmail.com, identifying whether your request concerns an enquiry, workspace account or connected Page.
