Data deletion

How to request removal of your information from JnJ Media, the JnJ Hub workspace and the JnJ Atlas Facebook integration.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Request deletion without signing in

Email jnjmediateam@gmail.com with the subject "JnJ Atlas data deletion request". You do not need access to JnJ Hub to contact us.

  1. Tell us whether the request concerns a website enquiry, workspace user, Facebook account, Page, post or comment.
  2. Include the email or user ID associated with your workspace or enquiry. For Facebook data, include the relevant account or Page name and ID, or a public post/comment link if available.
  3. Describe what you want removed and whether you also want the connection or automated processing stopped.

Send only enough information to identify the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes or identity documents unless our team has explained why additional verification is necessary.

Disconnecting the Facebook integration

You can remove JnJ Atlas using Facebook's settings for connected apps or business integrations. In JnJ Hub, an authorised administrator can remove the connected account from Facebook Pages > Manage accounts.

Removing an account in JnJ Hub removes that account's stored connection and Page-token grants. It does not automatically delete historical analytics, content, audit records or data held by other providers. A Page connected through another authorised account may continue to operate. Ask us explicitly if you also want a Page's automation stopped or its retained records reviewed for deletion.

How requests are handled

Deletion requests are handled by our team, not by an instant self-service purge. We review the request, verify your relationship to the data where necessary, and identify the records and systems involved. We will respond about the next steps and confirm the outcome, including any records that could not be removed and why.

The scope may include account details, connection credentials, relevant content and analytics, AI interaction records, enquiry correspondence and provider-held copies. Shared business records, security or audit records, and backups require separate review. Removing an active database record alone does not establish that all copies have been erased.

Content already on Facebook

Deleting data from JnJ Hub does not itself delete posts or comments already published on Facebook, copies shared by other people, or information Meta holds independently. Specify any published content you want removed. Content removal depends on the Page's permissions and platform controls; you can also use the relevant Facebook controls directly.
